This small memorial area is outside the chainlink fence that circles a green space behind it. Was this once a Memorial Park? There is no information as to who placed this marker here.

Who Put it Here?: No marker to indicate who placed this memorial.
Description of Memorial: Noticed the flags flying and saw the MIA/POW Vietnam flag. Walked over and saw a rock pillar with a metal plaque. In front of the pillar is a kneeling soldier statue. Off to each side are small plaques for the MIA/POWs.
There are roses planted behind the marker by the flag poles. There is a metal park bench.
