This concrete column has been painted a 'cream colour', and has two long (tall) black granite plaques attached, for those that served in World War One from the Willawarrin district, NSW.

The two tall black marble plaques for 1914 - 1918, are screwed to adjacent sides, and commemorate those locals that served, and also those that gave their lives in service(*) during World War I. A couple of soldiers were also awarded special Medals (#); O. Dykes - Military Medal, and A Hudson - Distinguished Conduct Medal.
