This is an old Allis Chalmers model WC from about 1934. When you do a web search for these models, you'll notice that only a few had the "hood" (right behind the radiator) with straight-across metal. More models (maybe later?) had the metal curve down a bit toward the front. Even later models got fancier and used more curves in the engine compartment and off of the fuel tank right in front of the operator.
Also, Allis Chalmers was one of the first manufacturers to "buy in" to the idea of rubber tires, and most of their WC models (manufactured from 1934 to 1948) used rubber tires. So this older model with steel wheels is rare. The WC was intended to be a lower cost row crop tractor.
This is one of several tractors at the back of the large Robert Is Here fruit stand in Florida City. The tractor theme is obvious, since the owners of the fruit stand spend many hours on tractors, and they love these old beasts.
