This small World War I Cross of Sacrifice stands in the corner of the Methodist Chapel graveyard.

The memorial is facing the road at the corner of Stocks Lane and Great Horton Road.
The memorial was erected after World War I and is on a square base surmounted by plinth and cross with a carved sword on the cross.
