The sign on the side of an old theater was covered when a building was built next door. Now the building is demolished, what is left of the old sign is visible.

I believe the sign used to have a white star with THEATER and then another white star. Under that was FIRST CLASS MUSIC and under that HIGH CLASS PARAMOUNT PICTURES
