Die „Umschreibung“. Eine Stahltreppe in Doppelhelix-Form. Egal aus welchem Blickwinkel betrachtet, das faszinierende Konstrukt sieht von jeder Position anders aus und ist endlos. Die Treppe ist neun Meter hoch und ein Mix aus Doppelhelix und Kugel. Basis bildet ein 30 cm dickes Rohr, das sich S-förmig nach oben in Richtung Wendepunkt schlängelt und dann, wiederum S-förmig, nach unten in Richtung Anfangspunkt verläuft. Auf dem Rohr sind 80 cm breite Treppenstufen befestigt. Es gibt keinen definierten Anfangs- und Endpunkt, vielmehr handelt es sich um eine fließende Schlaufe, die somit unendlich scheint.

Sie erreichen sie am besten mit der U4/U5, Haltestelle Schwanthalerhöhe, und gehen dann in die Ganghoferstraße 29.

The "Umschreibung". A steel staircase in double helix shape. Regardless of what angle of view, the fascinating construct looks different from each position and is endless. The staircase is nine meters high and a mix of double helix and ball. Base forms a 30 cm thick tube, which winds upwards in the S-shape towards the turning point and then, again in an S-shape, runs downwards towards the starting point. 80 cm wide stairs are attached to the pipe. There is no defined starting and ending point, rather it is a flowing loop, which thus seems infinite.
