The small cheese dairy "Hirztaler" is located in the village of Hirzweiler. They started their business in summer 2010.
They offer different sorts of cheese from soft to hard cheese.
There is a small information centre and you can see the production of cheese through windows. Production takes place weekdays morning. Their shop is opened Wednesdays 14:30 - 16:30 and Saturdays 9:00 - 12:00. Visitors centre also open Saturday and Sunday.
