This memorial for the Millennium features a Celtic Cross Slab mounted on a plinth which bears a grey plaque with the following inscription:

Erected to the Glory of God
to celebrate the advent of the Third Millennium
of our Lord, Jesus Christ

The inscription is in Gold lettering. The plaque also features Celtic designs in each of its four corners.
