The hotel is a fine example of a large Edwardian building with a rendered parapet, bullnose corrugated iron roof to a verandah with cast iron decoration. It is the grandest & most intact hotel in Glen Innes.
The owner's surname is on the parapet & an extension built in 1934 is proclaimed on the footpath in front of the main entrance as Stan Williams Club Hotel 1934.
