The late nineteenth, early twentieth centurys saw substantial building take place in Glen Innes. European migration to the district commenced in 1838 & grazing & mining were the main enterprises. The wealth created by these activities is reflected in the many historic buildings in the main thoroughfare.
The building displays an ornate facade & it has kept the bull nose verandah common of those times. It is in good condition & fully leased.
