"This special house is tucked away in the little village of Williamsburg, MO. (Home of Crane's Country Store!!!) We also have one of the oldest Post Offices still operating in Callaway County, Gray Ghosts Trail Inn, llc sits on the Gray Ghosts Trail, where 'bloody Bill Anderson' stormed through this little village, picking up guerrillas on his way to destroy the first county seat of Missouri, Danville. We are proud of our historical connection to the civil war trail. House was built in 1905, and reopened in July, 2013.
"We are not a typical B&B. The whole house becomes your very own private getaway for extremely reasonable prices. The house is fully furnished, complete with washer/dryer. We can stock the kitchen for you for a super rate or even provide coupons for Marlene's restaurant a couple of blocks away as in one of the pricing packages!!! Your choice! See the packages tabs for pricing choices." ~ The Grey Ghost Trail Inn
