De cette époque, il ne subsiste que le côté Nord et son portail. La façade et son portail, la nef et le clocher datent du XIIe siècle.
Le chœur gothique possède trois vaisseaux et un chevet plat ; il fut reconstruit au XVe siècle grâce aux dons de Charles VII.
Les voûtes et les toitures de briques ont été refaites au XIXe siècle.
Une des trois cloches est classée monument historique. Le vitrail de Jean-Prosper Florence date de 1801 et s'intitule La bonne mort de Saint Joseph.
Selon une tradition bien établie, Jeanne d'Arc, allant rencontrer le roi Charles VII à Chinon, y entra et y entendit la messe le 6 mars 1429.

The building, of Romanesque style, is a former priory of the eleventh century.

According to a well-established tradition, Joan of Arc, going to meet King Charles VII at Chinon, entered and heard Mass on 6 March 1429.
