Church of St. Giles (Kostel Sv. Jiljí), late-Gothic structure built in 1522–1523, is the one of key architectonic and historic monuments of town Vlašim and is also parish church of local Roman Catholic community.
Late-Gothic Church of St. Giles, erected at the site of the older church from ca 13th century, was extended by Baroque oratory in 1773 and its tower was raised in 1830–1831. St. Giles is a simple single nave rectangular building with buttresses and polygonal presbytery with rib vault. The front facade is decorated by a triangular gable with pinnancle-shaped columns. In interior is neo-Gothic pulpit, two side neo-Renaissance altars and neo-Gothic St. Giles main altar (1889).
