4215 and 4217 are two separate commercial blocks and it’s not clear whether both are included in the heritage property designation. 4215 was recently renovated and is now a Couture Lingerie de Femme. During the renovation the walkway was opened between the two buildings and it is now much more obviously two separate commercial blocks
4217 is now home to a barber. The inscription below the date says ALLEY. I’ve no idea why and whether this refers to a name or to something else.
