Dilhorne bowling club is located within the Recreation Ground. This land was once the location of Dilhorne Hall, which was the ancestral home of the Buller family who were noted in the legal profession in London during the 19th Century.

The bowling club was founded in 1938 and is open to the public and is not limited to club members. It is a member of the Uttoxeter & District Bowls League. (visit link)
