This elegant four tier fountain set in a small circular pool is located not far from the civic buildings in Douglas.
The Fountain is painted black and is a very striking feature of this small paved area where it is possible to escape the hurly-burly for a while.
The Fountain was installed and is maintained by Douglas Borough Council.
