The paramedic station of Dillenburg is placed in the building in the chapter of the Red Cross in Dillenburg. It equipped with one ambulance car and one as a reserve car. It also has an ambulance truck. From Mo-Fr 07:30-17:30 it is supported by an aditional ambulance car.

This station is authorized by the goverment of Darmstadt to operate to operate rescue training. As a main camp the station supplies the external guards of Dillenburg with material and medical equipment.
