A fine three storey building on the corner of Albert Street and Peel Street in Ramsey opposite the northern terminus of the Manx Electric Railway.
This building was originally the Ramsey Branch of Dumbells Bank which failed in 1900.
Today the building houses the 'Bridal House & Dressmakers Workshop' and also six residential apartments.
