This is apparently a new installation as the attendant electrical box is still under construction. The tower is very realistically disguised as a palm tree. The pole has been painted to resemble palm bark. The paint job ends at the palm "bud". Above that the branches can be seen attached to a plain metal pole. Antennas, painted to match the pole, can be seen below the bud.
