This coordinate palindrome is located about 1 mile South of the City of Fulton, N.Y.

Located parking along a side road that runs down along the south side of the old Millery Brewery. Pulled in along the railroad tracks and started walking Northward.
After about 1/4 mile, got to within a few feet of the correct location. After walking around in a circle for a minute or so, got the coords. locked in just right. Took a picture of the gps and three more of the surroundings.
This was an easy one, no mountain climbing or rivers to cross this time.
