The Almidart is a display fishing boat located near the Port Dover Harbour Museum. The boat was named for her original owners, ALf schubert, MIDland thompson and ART anderson. Built in 1932 by George Gamble it was in service until 1990. It was one of the first electrically welded boats on Lake Erie.
The boat was acquired from the Gamble Shipyards for display in 2005.
