Montseny is a 2.80 x 0.90 x 0.50 meter allegorical bronze sculpture created by Jaume Duran and cast at the Codina Hermanos Foundry in Madrid in 1928. It is one of the sculptures in the Plaça de Catalunya intended to represent a region of Catalonia.
A young woman, dressed in a form-fitting blouse and long skirt, is standing with her knees slightly bent and her upper body slightly to the left of her lower body. She is holding a cape to her head with her left hand. Her right arm is raised over her head and she is holding a tree branch in her hand. The branch may be an allusion to the wooded hills of Montseny.
