This is a fairly basic tree house, and from the roadway looks somewhat like a mini shipping container up between four trees (behind my house).
It is held off the ground by two long wooden 'girders' that are strapped to strategically located 'pine trees'.
The sides have the lower half 'boarded' with corrugated iron, expect for the entry point from the aluminium ladder that comes up the 'road side' of the house; where there are palings as an opening gate. There may be similar gate at the back, as there appears to be a slippery slide for exiting, in one photo.
No glass windows, so about half of the upper section is open for 'flow through ventilation' - quite needed with the current 40°C temperatures! Where there isn't openings, it looks like Marine-grade plywood painted white has been used, nailed to 4" x 2"s that also hold up the 'flat' corrugated iron roof. On the eastern/road side wall there is a basketball hoop in place for practice.
This property is opposite my in-law/ex-laws, so I will keep a constant eye on the status of the property, and amend the Title when not For Sale (the property, as I couldn't see the particular design tree-house being able to be relocated to another situation.)
Please don't abuse the knowledge of where the tree-house is, but this is the property currently listed: (

If you look VERY closely at the clump of trees, just left of the centre of the photograph on the webpage you can make out the tree-house; that is close to the house that is behind my own house.
Photographing: Unfortunately the 200 metre section of Claxton Street that this property fronts is dirt/gravel, and only occasionally gets graded by the Council, leaving a small gravel shoulder to park your car. (Any car going past WILL kick up dust) So it may be best to pull in to the lower part of Winter Street (in front of 'Mum and Dad').
**IF you are interested in buying this property, PLEASE contact me **
(It doesn't quite 'back onto' my property of Peveril Street, but I do know some of the history of this property!)
* Unfortunately, in mid 2018 the owners, to help insure a sale, have removed the Tree House; so I am Archiving it - 17/11/18! *

In good Groundspeak tradition, RESPECT PRIVATE PROPERTY. Most treehouse owners are proud of their treehouse and would be happy to show it to you if asked.
