This sidewalk fountain contains a double basin. The outer basin is an octagon with alternating short and long sides, 25' in diameter. A bit higher is the circular inner basin which has four equally spaced points. In the center of the inner basin rises a column with two bowls and a finial rising from the upper, slammer, bowl. Water shoots up from the finial and cascades into the basins below. In the large basin are submerged a series of lights attached to a circular frame. About dozen nozzles in this frame arch water towards but not into the inner basin.
