The headstone is of gray granite, with the Woodmen emblem at the top, and floral detail providing a frame of sorts around the family name, "Wiseman", and the personal information for both of the Wisemans. As there is no Woodmen Circle emblem, Mr. Wiseman was the member of the organization, and the inscription is:
