The waymark coordinates are for the Crockett County Courthouse in downtown Ozona. Blasterz like Ozona -- the folks are nice, and the town has interesting history :)
The large pink granite Davy Crockett Memorial was not installed when the WPA visited, but the leafy courthouse square was there, and got a mention.
From Texas: A Guide to the Lone Star State:
"OZONA, 98 m. (2,348 alt., 2,128 pop.), is the only town in Crockett County, an area larger than the State of Delaware. It grew up around the only water hole for many miles in this semidesert range [page 641] land. Built around a shady courthouse square, Ozona has many fine homes of cattlemen.
