I could not find a Heritage listing for the Morpeth Building, in the 1988 Heritage Study (I would have thought it would have been on page 15 of (

From the "Clarendon Hotel website: (
visit link) it looks like there has been substantial renovations done on the three-storey dark brown brick building to make the upper two storeys into 'boutique accommodation'.
