The waymark coordinates are for a bridge over Tornillo Creek in Big Bend National Park near the Hot Springs Trail trailhead.

From Texas: A Guide to the Lone Star State:

"TORNILLO (screwbean) CREEK is crossed at 60.5 m. On the south side of the ford are peculiar cap rock outcroppings low knolls with fantastic similarity to houses, animals, and other familiar objects."

From the WPA guide we learned that "Tornillo" is Spanish for "screwbean." Learn something new!
