Sculpted out of countless tons of cement in 2009 by artist Carlos Cortes. It has fake stalagmites and stalactites, real waterfalls, and several large, unsettling, open-mouthed heads.

Man-made grotto along the north end of the San Antonio River Walk. Great cave like experience with fountains and a "monster" at the entrance.
