Miller & Carter carried out a £300,000 refurbishment to the interior of the building. They offer an American style environment, serving meals throughout the premises. There is leather booth seating, wood tables, low lighting and a contemporary decor.
At Miller & Carter they have 12 grilled steak cuts to choose from, including a 30oz Long bone Tomahaw and their award-winning sirloin steak. Alongside steak, they offer a range of dishes including Handmade British beef burgers, grilled meats, ribs and fish dishes.
"Their cattle are reared on a selection of handpicked British and Irish farms, and fed on both grass and grain to produce full flavoured, quality steak."
