Marking the middle of Cottonwood Street, this benchmark is located just north of Chandler Blvd. It is a bronze colored metal disk with a minor amount of asphalt overlay. Stamped around the outer edge is City of Chandler with 2004 stamped in the lower left. No other marking is visible although there is some scarring from traffic. The marker is approximately 245 feet north of the northern edge of Chandler Blvd. and 15 feet east of the western edge of Cottonwood St.
