HISTORIC DISTRICT

This district, including South First, South Second, and South Third Streets, was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986 by the United States Department of the Interior. The streets were laid out on the original town plat. Houses date from circa 1830. A Homecoming '86 project.
