St. Therese's Church is a single storey face brick building in that dates from the late 1970s and has a brown tiled gable roof. The present church was built to replace a timber church that served the community for nearly 50 years. On 4 April 1978, Cyclone Alby ravaged areas of the South-West, the timber church was damaged beyond repair, although the organ that is used in the present church was salvaged
