According to the sign on the front of the church, it was established in 1950. From historic satellite imagery, one can see that this new building was constructed between 2014 and 2016, with the old building visible in 2016 imagery.
At the time of this waymark listing, the old building had been completely removed, and its position in what is now the corner of the parking area closest to the old outhouse shows no sign that the old building was ever there. The parking lot was improved and graveled right over where the old building was located.
The church is only listed on two church-listing web pages, but has no web page of its own, not even in Facebook.
