One occupant is the well-respected Hamilton Star Jewellers, and the other is Tokoua, a clothing boutique.
The two dates are identical, on cream rendered cement, with a double scroll above the date. Below the date is a stepped up section in the rendering.
There is a cream coloured concrete ledge below the date(s). This would appear to be the height of the ceiling of the upper storey - and only brick and rendered facade above it.
Below this is a long rectangular cream moulded section with roughened concrete in the middle.
BTW, in 1923 the first "Dawn Service for ANZAC DAY", 25 April, was held (in Western Australia).
