The Dragon:
The dragon is a serpent-like mixture of the mythology, in which, depending on the representation, reptiles, birds, and predators are united. The dragon is often winged and spits fire. As a mythical creature of myths, legends and fairy tales of many different cultures, the dragon is and was regarded as a real living creature.
Representation on the Feinkost:
The metal installation was created by Peter Liebe and has been standing on the roofs of the delicatessen area in Leipzig for many years. So, the dragon has also become the landmark of the Feinkost-area in Leipzig.
