From asking around, and then Google searching, it seems that someone has taken the liberty with "Mike Wazowski", of Monsters Inc, and created a '2-eyed' version of that friendly and cheeky monster.
Because 'he' is in a farming community 'they' have given "2-Eyed Mike Wazowski" a pair of gumboots to wear as well!

ADDIT: "Blast", came past 16/2/17, 1½ years after first seeing this, and less than a month after it had been Reviewed/Published, and find that this is 'no longer there'. "We" did notice another themed letterbox on the trip to Bonville trig, but did not photograph the rusty pig; so will try and get that one, and will place it here, hopefully sooner than later.
