This 2002 bronze multi-piece sculpture is by Bill Wieger. It depicts a family of gorillas...father, mother, a toddler and a baby. The toddler is exploring a shrub that has a butterfly on it while the parents look after the newborn in the mother's arms.
The Zoo is open every day of the year 10 to 4:30 and is free of charge.
