Renaissance style, the cylindrical well in pink sandstone of the Vosges
in the center of the place Schwendi,
includes a tank and 3 pillars supporting a round roof.
Originally this well was found in the courtyard of the castle of Schwendi,
it was moved during the occupation, at the end of the war,
the baron Castex donated it to the city,
since then it sits in the center of the Schwendi square surrounded by terrace tables in fine weather.
