In a classical mid-20th century architectural design, the branch of the Bank of Montreal served an industrial area of Vancouver.
In recent years the branch has closed down and is now a part of the Maynard's Auction House and the neighbourhood is being transformed into high-rise condominiums. How long this building remains depends on the speed of developers creating condos in the area.
