On peut y observer les douves.
Jusqu'en 1821, un pigeonnier porche surmontait sa porte d'entrée. Il en reste les deux murs latéraux.
Les boulins sont des pots en terre cuite.
Ils forment ce pigeonnier unique en Touraine.
