From the Data Sheet: "Description: DESCRIBED BY OCS 2002 - FOUND 3 3\4" OCS ALUMINUM BENCHMARK DISK STAMPED "3FF-10-85", SET IN THE SOUTHERLY CORNER OF A 4 FT. BY 4.5 FT. CONCRETE CATCH BASIN. MONUMENT IS LOCATED IN THE NORTHERLY CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF BARRANCA PARKWAY AND JEFFREY ROAD, 530 FT. NORTHEASTERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF BARRANCA AND 54 FT. NORTHWESTERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF JEFFREY. MONUMENT IS SET LEVEL WITH THE SIDEWALK."
