Das späthistoristische Zins- und Geschäftshaus wurde zwischen 1901 und 1902 nach Plänen von Franz Twaroch in altdeutscher Form erbaut. Es besitzt eine asymmetrische, reiche Fassadengliederung, Erdgeschoß-Arkaden, gotisierendes Reliefdekor und eine Konsolfigur des Bauherrn.
