I recovered this Oregon State Highway Department control monument in good condition. This 3" circular brass disk is monumented on a curb edge, flush with the surface at the corner of S Ivy and W 8th Street. There is a spraypainted circle around the disk. The disk contains the designation stamping of 'C 38'. Part of the disk has been painted over with yellow paint. My posted coordinates should bring you very close to this station.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
