Chicago was the site of the world's first Ferris Wheel for the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition. That original Ferris Wheel was then moved to Lincoln Park...near the current Navy Pier.

More than featuring an iconic Ferris Wheel intending to invoke memories of the original 1893 attraction, the Navy Pier also has an attractive caroussel, funhouse, spinning swings, miniature golf, a ropes course, a "Light Tower Ride", remote-controlled boats, etc.
