Just off of Pacific Street, in Crescent Head, is this cemented rock pillar with a 'Digger' on it to commemorate Australian's from the local area involvement in Multiple Wars.

At the top of the 'cylindrical' column of cemented water-rounded rocks is an inscription on a round concrete collar, of: "We will remember them"
I am not sure when 'life-sized Digger' was added as the War Memorial Register has a different looking memorial, and the original Memorial looked like:
Since then the concrete steps have been painted a 'lemon-cream' colour, and 'the Digger' attached, with a plaque on the southern side.
