Handsome building in Borodino, that housed Borodino Grange #1272 from 1912 until 1997.
The building was built in 1833 by the First Religious Society of Borodino, and served as a church until 1868. It then served as the Spafford Town Hall in 1870. The Grange began meeting in the hall in 1912 and purchased it in 1919. The Grange occupied it for 85 years. until the Spafford Historical Society purchased it.
It is currently used as a Community Center.
The Hall is located on NY Rte 41 at the intersection with NY Rte 174 in Borodino.
The Hall was added to the National Record of Historic Places in 2006.
