Located along NW 6th Street and next door to the Anne G. Basker Auditorium is a mosaic sculpture titled River Mountain. The mosaic contains flora and fauna that can be found in and around Grants Pass. The sculpture, created by Jeremy Criswell, was donated by the Josephine County Cultural Coalition to the City of Grants Pass on May 21, 2011. There's a small plaque at the base of the sculpture that reads:

The City of Grants Pass Committee on Public Art (CoPA)
is pleased to recognize The Josephine County Cultural
Coalition for its willingness to contribute to the overall
ambiance of our city by donating the funds for a public
art sculpture "River Mountain."
And thanks go to artist Jeremy Criswell for the intricate
mosaic portraying much of the animal and plant life
found in this area.
