Blasterz are city folks, but we think we recognize a horse or mule-drawn cultivator and automatic seeder from the 1880s-1900s when we see one.
BK-Huters told us this particular seeder plants corn or beans, and we believe them (and appreciate the identification)! :)
This particular piece of old agricultural equipment is on display outside of the Menardville Museum in Menard, Texas.
Unhelpfully, there is no interpretive sign.
