Milton Pepper Park is a .4 acre park located at 6 Bayberry Court. The park features a wonderful playground constructed in 2009 which was fully funded through monies from a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The playground equipment includes monkey bars, two slides, a tic-tac-toe board, a spelling board, a tree climber and covered platforms. Landscaping and benches were added to complete the project.
